How can I visit the exhibitors' showrooms?
You have to login to visit showrooms. Don't have an account yet? Please register first at the top of the website. Showrooms are only available during the opening hours of the event!

How do I walk through the showroom?
You can navigate through the showroom by pressing the white circles and by scrolling with your mouse you can zoom in on certain products.

Why is my webcam and / or microphone not working?
Check if your settings are correct. Go to the lock at the front of the address bar (URL) and make sure that camera, microphone and notifications are allowed.

How do I get in touch with a company?
You can start a video call by pressing the blue button “Join Session”. Is the seller busy? Then you can make an appointment by clicking on “Make an appointment” or choose another seller by clicking "Back to home".

Where can I find my appointments?
You can find this in your dashboard at the top of the website.

How do I change my personal details?
You can adjust your details in your profile at the top of the page.
